Online Peer Support
As Cara grew up, she watched family members struggle with mental health issues, and in secondary education Cara was always the advice line and the person everyone could confide in. This inspired her to launch a help and support page in which people could message, anonymously, with any issue from anorexia, bulimia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, suicidal issues, self-harm, gender issues or difficulties with sexuality.
Cara's instagram page quickly became a place where people could be themselves. Now with an amazing 3K followers, ranging from the UK to Germany, Italy, Sweden, and France, as well as others.
Over 300 people now claim Cara to be their life saver and always available to listen and advise anyone in need.
Cara would like this page to become more successful and works on it every day in order to help. Cara has joined our social enterprise in order to grow her support network, not just for the benefit of those she helps, but in order to provide herself with the support needed in order to further her work.
