  • Alternative Coping Strategies

    Teaching coping skills and management techniques through 1-2-1 or group sessions. Tailored around the needs of the individual we help you learn the best alternative approaches for managing your mental health and wellbeing.

  • CONNECT Mental Health Drop-In

    An informal, peer-led group setting where you can have a cuppa with people in the same situation as yourself. Take part in fun activities or just take comfort from the people around you. Weekly Sessions

  • Silent Footprints Miscarriage and Infant Loss Support

    Offering 1-2-1 or group support to anyone who has suffered pregnancy loss - at any stage of miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, still birth, medical termination and infant loss. Online and face-to-face support available

  • Parents/Carers Eating Disorder Support

    Offering peer support to the parents and carers of children and young people with eating disorders. Help and advice from other parents. Held Monthly.

  • Gardening Club

    A great place to meet new people, enjoy the outdoors, or even just get dirty. Running from Spring to Autumn our gardening club grow flowers, fruits, and vegetables

  • Deaf Haven

    Supporting the local deaf community with online and face-to-face support, aiming to reduce isolation
